Q: Purchasing a gift for someone else?
A: If you would like to ship it directly to the gift recipient, go ahead and enter their address as the shipping address. Billing address and details are separate. The recipient will not receive a receipt in the package. Let me know in the notes if you would like to include a message!
Q: How do I purchase custom items?
A: Put whatever item you like in your cart and check out! Leave the details you would like in the comments section (it's a small rectangular box during the checkout process) and I will be in touch within 5 days to ask more info, if needed.
Q: How do your custom dolls work?
A: I love making dollies that look like the child receiving it! In order to have one made to your specifications, I will follow up with asking details to make a perfect custom order. There is a picture of the details, please leave those in the comments when you check out (skin tone, hair color, hair style, clothing, & shoe choice). If it's left blank, that's ok! You will receive an email within 5 days of your order placed.
Q: Why don't I see where to pick fabrics from?
A: Due to the sheer volume of fabric options I have in my studio, it's impossible for me to take a picture of every print! I did try but once the count hit over 475 I realized how overwhelming it is! Once your order is received I send out a personal email, asking questions to pair down options to show you.
Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: 2-4 weeks is our standard grace time to create your custom order. Depending on your order a longer amount of time may be needed. This time does not include shipping.
Q: How do you recommend cleaning your dolls?
A: Spot clean or hand wash for best results. For those tougher stains, try taking a tiny amount of clear liquid dish soap, watered down, and a clean white wash cloth and spot cleaning.
Q: What types of payment methods do you accept?
A: All major credit cards and PayPal are accepted at this time.
Q: What service do you use to ship packages?
A: We use the United States Postal Services (USPS) and UPS to ship packages. Packages will come with a tracking number. An email will be sent to you once a label is generated, so you are able to track it.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Absolutely! If you purchase all of the items you would like at the same time, the shipping calculator will automatically combine shipping for you. If there happens to be a large overage, you will be refunded that portion once the package has shipped.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Please contact me if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations.
