I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

♥ Please contact me if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. I want you to be happy with what you receive.

If an item is damaged in transit please contact me with photos within 48 hours of your package being marked as delivered so we can find a solution.

Processing time is the amount of time it takes me to create and make your order. 

All items are made to order, the estimated production time is between 2 and 4 weeks. Production times may vary during Holiday season.

♥ Once your item is finished, shipping time can vary between 1-7 days depending on circumstances. 

♥ I will do my best to meet these time estimates, but cannot guarantee them.

If you need something sooner please contact me for an expedited order. This will incur a $20 rush fee. A rush fee means your item jumps to the top of the queue and leaves my sewing studio within 7 days.

♥ Orders are shipped via USPS (First Class and Priority) or UPS (ground). Once a label is generated, you will receive an email with the tracking number, no insurance.

I ship Monday-Friday unless it is a US Public Holiday.

♥ Ownership of packages turned over to USPS/UPS transfers to the buyer. I AM NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE for lost, held, or damaged packages, mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS/UPS along with your order from me, so any shipping issues must be handled by the carrier company.

♥ In the event that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit:

*You are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier company (USPS or UPS).  

*I am not responsible for shipments sent to forwarding services or companies, regardless of shipping service selected. If you place an order and your shipping address is a forwarding address you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company or service to locate your package.

I am not responsible for weather related damage or delays.

Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order! I am not be responsible for incorrect addresses. 

You will not be refunded for the purchase from us if USPS loses the package. If your package is returned, you are responsible for contacting us with the correct address to be shipped back to you. You will be responsible for the additional shipping fee.

♥ If you have multiple addresses to ship items, each address will require a shipping payment.

I mainly ship within the US (APO & US Terrorities). If your locale is intertnational, please message me for a custom shipping quote. 

♥ Buyer is responsible for all international customs/fees. It is a felony to mark an item as a gift on customs forms if it is not, in fact, a gift. Please do not ask me to break the law.

I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

♥ The website payment processing company, Stripe keeps your payment information safe and secure. I will never receive your credit card information or have access to it.
